Plus Size Junior Clothes
Anyone looking for plus size junior clothes is most likely interested in the latest trends. Years ago plus size teens had to wear clothes that fit but weren't what you would call fashionable. Many teens got their clothes from the women's department or tried to wear the largest junior size available. This of course doesn't work. No teen wants to dress like her mother or grandmother. Torrid is more for teens and Lane Bryant is more for women however both groups can shop at both of these stores. Today's clothing trends transcend size and look great on everyone. One big trend right now is eighties style. The eighties were all about bright colors, big jewelry pieces and lots of contrast. You will find leggings paired with draping tunics that flatter every size.
Another trend is the Bohemian look. Think flirty, floaty skirts that reach the ankles, paired with a simple tank top and sandals. This look can be dressed up with strands of beads for an eclectic look. Seventies style is also hot and you will find tops with empire waist and A-line styling in bright, vibrant colors and retro prints. Capri pants are another top trend that all sizes can pull off. They look great paired with casual knit tops or dressier tops. Yet another popular trend for teens is the emo look. This is somewhat of a mix between goth and punk, and features lots of black and skull prints.
No matter what trends you like the best, you can find them in plus sizes. Plus size junior clothes are a huge market and clothing manufacturers are definitely taking notice. If you can't find the selection you want in stores shopping online is definitely an option. If you know your size you can browse an incredible variety of fashion choices from your home computer.
